Wax Modelling Workshop and Lost-wax Casting
课程概述
课程的第一部分包括理论课和实践练习，专门讲解硬蜡和可塑性（软）蜡的建模。蜡像将按照预先设定的图案和设计制作，可以进行个性化定制。最后将从每个学员的作品中挑选几件进行银或铜的铸造。
课程的第二部分将按照以下安排讲解熔模铸造工艺：
• 失蜡铸造工艺、工具和设备介绍（Description of the Lost-wax casting process, tools and equipment）
• 模具制作与切割（Creation and cutting of the molds）
• 冷成型硅胶模具制作与模具切割（Creation of cold-silicone molds and cutting of the molds）
• 原型蜡模注塑成型（Wax injection of the prototypes）
• 3D 打印蜡模型（Wax models from 3D printers）
• 蜡树构建与铸粉包埋（Construction of the wax tree and realization of the investment）
• 铸模烧制、熔融金属浇铸、铸件清洗处理（Firing of the cylinders, casting the molten metal, cleaning treatments of the casted pieces）
